Wow, what an incredible night at Woody’s Bar for the last round of the 2023-24 Vice Chancellor’s Cup, The Quiz! The venue was buzzing with excitement as 12 teams battled it out across five diverse rounds, answering questions on topics such as 2024 news, the VC’s Cup, the Olympics, TV, movies, and some tricky riddles.<\/p>\n

After an intense evening of competition, U Bunch O’Kents emerged as the winners of The Quiz, scoring an impressive 132 points. They narrowly beat strong contenders Living La Vida Mocha, SPP Power, and Flu Fighters, who all tied for second place with 125 points each.<\/p>\n

The tension was high as Liquorice AllSports clung to the top spot before Marlowe\u2019s Marauders strategically played their Joker card, doubling their score and propelling them to the top of the leaderboard with a remarkable 311 points! This daring move bumped Liquorice All Sports and Keepers of the Keys into joint second place with 307 points. Not far behind, DoNATS secured third place with 301 points overall.<\/p>\n

It was a thrilling night of competition, with acting Vice Chancellor, Georgina Randsley de Moura<\/a> attending to congratulate teams and hand out prizes. Congratulations to all the teams for their hard work and enthusiasm and to Sports Development for hosting and organising all the VC’s Cup events. Whether you were part of the action or cheering from the sidelines, it was a fantastic night of fun and friendly rivalry!<\/p>\n
