Sessions are bookable online and open to students, staff and members of the public.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Individual training sessions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>If you are looking to lose weight, improve muscle strength or would like some guidance on fitness and working out in the gym, check out their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webtools.kent.ac.uk\/site-editor\/draft\/www.kent.ac.uk\/sports\/personal-training\">individual training sessions<\/a>, which are tailored to you. These sessions\u00a0<strong>aim to teach you how to exercise effectively and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to exercise alone and maintain your goals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Prices for individual training sessions depend on the type of Kent Sport membership you hold. Don\u2019t worry though, if you aren\u2019t yet a member it\u2019s easy to sign up! Kent Sport offers various\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/sports\/membership\">membership packages<\/a>, from Pay and Play to Premium membership, check out the membership page for more information!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Group training<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Have fun working out with your friends, with Kent Sport\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/webtools.kent.ac.uk\/site-editor\/draft\/www.kent.ac.uk\/sports\/personal-training\">group training sessions<\/a>. Each session is\u00a0<strong>tailored to your group\u2019s aims and can include a range of different training styles<\/strong>, from circuit training, training for a specific sport or personalised fitness routines.<\/p>\n<p>Group sessions last 60 minutes and are bookable online.
