Wait until cooled put over a bowl of ice to cool down keep stirring don&#8217;t leave otherwise hardens and cant pour into your eggs)<\/li>\n<li>Pop in the fridge for 2-3 hours<\/li>\n<li>Yum!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>_____________________________________________<\/p>\n<h3>Orange Loaf<\/h3>\n<div>This Cake recipe only needs three things and is also egg-free.<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/kentsport-news\/files\/2020\/04\/tea-and-cake-with-Elsa.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5474 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/kentsport-news\/files\/2020\/04\/tea-and-cake-with-Elsa-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/kentsport-news\/files\/2020\/04\/tea-and-cake-with-Elsa-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/kentsport-news\/files\/2020\/04\/tea-and-cake-with-Elsa-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/kentsport-news\/files\/2020\/04\/tea-and-cake-with-Elsa-1920x2560.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<h5>Ingredients<\/h5>\n<div>2 Jaffa Oranges<\/div>\n<div>220g Self raising flour<\/div>\n<div>397g Condensed Milk tin<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h5>Directions<\/h5>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Finely grate the zest from 1\/2 of one of the oranges into a small bowl and cover with damp cloth Boil the two oranges in a high sided pan for 1 hour until the skin is very soft. Keep oranges submerged with glass bowl or lid Drain and cool.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 190c(170 fan) mark 5<\/li>\n<li>Line a 900g (2lb) loaf tin with baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Halve the deseed oranges<\/li>\n<li>Whizz oranges in a blender until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Whisk together 3\/4 of the pureed orange, self-raising flour and all but one tablespoon of condensed milk ( saving this for the glaze)<\/li>\n<li>Place in the tin and bake for 45mins and until a skewer comes out of the cake clean<\/li>\n<li>Brush over or pour the reserved condensed milk (when loaf cooled) and scatter the zest over the loaf to finish<\/li>\n<li>When pouring makes sure on a plate!<\/li>\n<li>Remaining puree add to yogurt and serve with loaf on the side<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeni Dexter-Mullane, Health, Fitness and Performance Manager, couldn&#8217;t decide which bake from Good Housekeeping to submit &#8211; so she submitted two!
