There&#8217;s no commitment to join each week, attend the sessions as and when you need them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Session details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What:<\/strong> A guided 45 minute walk or run across campus.
