Why not!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;text-transform: none;text-indent: 0px;letter-spacing: normal;font-family: ariallight, Arial, 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 19px;font-style: normal;float: none;background-color: #ffffff\">Kent Sport is bringing back the Couch to 5K challenge for term one! We are looking to get more people running, in a fun and supportive way. Whether you&#8217;re just starting out or a confident runner, we have sessions suitable for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Beginners&#8217; running<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>What<\/strong>: Our 12-week Couch to 5K program, the aim is to get you comfortably running each week, leading up to a 30-minute run (approximately 5km).<\/p>\n<p><strong>When<\/strong>: The program starts on <strong>Monday 23 September<\/strong>\u00a0and runs two sessions every week. <strong>Monday 5.10pm to 6pm <\/strong>and <strong>Wednesday 12.10pm to 1pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where<\/strong>: Meet at the Sports Centre Reception<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who<\/strong>: Everyone is welcome! No experience necessary, all you need is your trainers. You won\u2019t be on your own as our enthusiastic staff will be with you every step of the way to help you achieve your target.<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><em>\u201cThank you very much to you and all the C25K staff, who made the build up to the 5K an enjoyable experience!\u00a0 I would definitely recommend this to other staff or students as a great way to look after their wellbeing, and to give them a sense of achievement too!\u201d \u2013 Catherine Myers, C25K graduate<\/em><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Improvers&#8217; running <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>What<\/strong>: Recently graduated from the Couch to 5k programme? Hoping to keep that fitness going? As the next step from our C25K programme this is the session for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When<\/strong>: Running alongside the Couch to 5k programme with two sessions weekly on <strong>Monday 5.10pm to 6pm <\/strong>and <strong>Wednesday 12.10pm to 1pm<\/strong>. Starting on <strong>Monday 23 September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where<\/strong>: Meet at the Sports Centre Reception<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Intermediate Running<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>What: <\/strong>Join our group-led session with varied running routes incorporating interval sessions and weekly running challenges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When<\/strong>: Every <strong>Wednesday 1.10pm to 2pm<\/strong>. Starting on <strong>Wednesday 25 September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where: <\/strong>Meet at Sports Centre Reception<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>All Sessions<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Please note the 50 minute sessions include warm up, cool down and stretches, therefore you won\u2019t be active the whole time.<\/p>\n<p>No need to register,\u00a0 just turn up and meet at the Sports Centre Reception and we will welcome you.<\/p>\n<p>Comfy clothing and footwear advisable.<\/p>\n<p>All sessions are led by our motivated and enthusiastic staff.<\/p>\n<p>Free for Premium Plus and Premium members. Just \u00a32 for Plus members.
