Combining dance with high-intensity training is exactly what STRONG by Zumba is all about. During the first half of the summer vacation, give your routine a shake-up and book on STRONG by Zumba led by previous student, Rebecca Barton-Hagger, an intentional karate scholar.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what Rebecca had to say about her new class:<\/p>\n<p>Hi! I\u2019m Rebecca and I am an international karate athlete and STRONG by Zumba Instructor. With an extensive martial arts background and a love for Zumba, STRONG by Zumba\u00ae is an amazing way for me to combine both together in one high-intensity, exciting, music-led workout. It\u2019s a challenge but it\u2019s also one of the most satisfying classes to complete \u2013 especially with the incredible music encouraging you all the way.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cA tough but rewarding class with a great atmosphere and an amazing instructor!\u201d \u2013 Danielle Kirby, Kent Karate Scholar<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cExciting, Challenging, Fun, Energising, Motivational\u201d \u2013 George Lucas, Kent Alumni<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>STRONG by Zumba\u00ae\u00a0combines\u00a0<strong>body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>plyometric training<\/strong>\u00a0moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
