Sylwia’s Xercise Factor diary – week four

Week four of Xercise Factor and the competition is being bumped up a notch! The competitors are pushing themselves to the limit to make sure they’re not the one eliminated this week. It’s tough, but worth every moment as they are all seeing their goals becoming part of their lives. Keep it up!

Let’s check in with Slywia and see how week four treated her…

Sylwia - week fourThis week has probably been the hardest so far, as my
knee started playing up after my weekend trek up Pen-y-Fan – I’ve come too far to give up now, slow progress is better than no progress! Determination and commitment levels are still high, especially after booking a holiday to Las Vegas in the summer; I have no time for slacking. New goal added to the list: I will be slim as well as fit!

Sylwia - week fourHighlight of this week was definitely doing extra cardio in the gym to watch Eastenders live, can’t go wrong with burning extra calories and keeping up to date!

Also, I’ve introduced myself to the assisted pull-up machine, to vary my upper body routine – the first ever machine that made me struggle with getting dressed in the morning as of the pain in my arms, but pain is good right! Hurt now, show off later – life goals!
