Kickstart the year with fitness and dance classes at Kent Sport

Are you keen to compensate for festive indulgence and get into a healthy routine? If so, there is a new fitness and dance class timetable starting on Monday 19 January at the University of Kent Sport.

The wide range of fitness and dance classes has something for everyone, such as: Body Pump, Booiaka, Boxercise, Circuits, Drums Alive, Legs, Bums and Tums, Pilates, Spinning, Yoga and Zumba.

For the class schedule visit the Kent Sport events calendar or download the complete timetable. Classes can be booked by Gold and Silver members up to seven days in advance, while Bronze members can book up to three days in advance.

Jeni Dexter, Kent Sport Studio Coordinator, says “Kent Sport offers a wide range of fun, engaging classes to suit all ages and abilities, and they are a great way to improve your fitness level and meet like-minded people. Why not come on down and give one a go!”

Classes are free to Gold and Silver members; Bronze members pay per class and can be booked online via the Kent Sport website or call 01227 823 623.
