Kent Sport Netball

Are you looking for a fun way to exercise and socialise with friends and colleagues who work at the University? Or maybe you played netball in the past and want to rediscover your passion? Why not come along to Let’s Play Netball on Monday lunchtimes and give it a go?

The weekly session are for University of Kent staff and students and take place in the Sports Centre at 1pm. Lasting 40 minutes to an hour, these sessions are flexible to suit you.

No experience is necessary as our main aim is to have fun with a netball while benefiting fitness. Sessions are run by a qualified netball coach, Louisa Arnold, who will provide encouragement and advice.

Louisa says, “Participants really enjoy these sessions. It is a great way to spend time with colleagues, and to refresh old skills or take on a new challenge – all in a lunchtime. If you fancy a bit of friendly competition, exercise and fun, then join in and enjoy. I look forward to seeing new and regular participants each time.”

Free to Kent Sport Premium Plus and Premium members and only £2 for Plus and Pay to Play members.  Not a member? Visit our membership section for further details.

So why not schedule it in your diary now? If you have any questions and want to get involved, please contact Louisa Arnold and she will be happy to explain more. L.arnold@kent.ac.uk
