Kateryna’s XF diary – week 2

The last two weeks have been really busy and physically tough. I have been preparing for British University Championships, as well as maintaining my Xercise Factor strengths based routines and learning to eat more (this one is really harder than it sounds)!! However, looking at my progress logs and photos I’ve realised how much stronger I have become during Boot Camp – not only my deadlifts have increased from 40kgs to 65kgs, I can now also squat 60kgs! All in all, Boot Camp has been an incredible journey and regardless whether I make it to the next stage of competition, this is something I will definitely be keeping up.
