Firstly a big thank you for supporting the fitness and dance classes! We are so glad you are enjoying them as much as we are delivering them.
Several classes are regularly fully booked and yet not fully attended. We have noticed that some members are not cancelling their booked classes. This essentially results in under-attended classes and disappointment for members who wanted to attend, but couldn’t because the class was full. We appreciate that sometimes you will not be able to attend a booked class, however this should be communicated to Kent Sport at the earliest opportunity in order for space to be made available for others to attend.
Cancelling is easy:
- Online bookings – can be cancelled online, in person or via email.
- Reception and Kiosk bookings – can be cancelled in person or via email to email@example.com detailing the class you wish to cancel.
- Our policy is that we require you to cancel at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the class.
If you do not cancel, you are essentially preventing another member from attending the session.
Regular spot checks on class attendance are in place, no-shows may result in a ‘class fine’ being added to your Kent Sport account, this fine will freeze your account until it has been paid and you will not be able to make any further bookings or gain entry to the facilities while a debt is on your account.
