Claire’s Xercise Factor – three weeks

A personal challenge for me over the past three weeks has definitely been to except that I’m not as strong as it was before  and that I can’t expect results straight away… I’m excited for what the next few weeks could hold as I have already learnt so much from training with Chris, his steady and progressive training method is great, especially teaching me new core work and using the bar again in the pit.

I have already gained more confidence to squat heavy and am really enjoying trying to master the art of pull ups.
