KBS Student’s Fashion Brand Set for London Fashion Week

Emmanuel Enemokwu, a third year Accounting and Management student at Kent Business School, launched JEHU-CAL whilst studying.

This weekend JEHU-CAL has been invited to exhibit at London Fashion Week (LFW) at a pop-up space in East London. Its LFW debut will display its approach to sustainable fashion, whilst seeking collaboration from the public on upcoming designs.

Since launching in the Business Start-up Journey, where Emmanuel reached the final, JEHU-CAL has been featured in Vogue Arabia, collaborated with Nike and gained a significant following on social media.

Emmanuel explained ‘Since joining the ASPIRE programme I have been provided with a plethora of opportunities such as an internship at The Dune Group and been able to work on my clothing line for my placement year’

ASPIRE has assisted in the progression of my clothing label JEHU-CAL and I am very grateful to receive this investment from ASPIRE donors which will be used towards our LFW presentation. This is a huge step forward for JEHU-CAL and will increase brand value and our push for sustainability as a clothing label with Project Purify.’
