As part of Kent Business School\u2019s on-going involvement in the Joint Enterprise University Learning (JEUL) project, Professor Des Doran of Kent Business School, hosted partners from China and Vietnam to undertake a Case Study Workshop between 13-16 May 2019. <\/p>\n

The Case Studies Workshop brought together JEUL Partners in creating best practice in the development of Case Study material in teaching. During the workshop, the Partners visited Chatham\u2019s Historic Dockyard<\/a> where they developed case studies based on their observations of the activities that take place at the docks.<\/p>\n

The JEUL project<\/a>, which is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU<\/a> is designed to create symbiotic relationships between education and business. The JEUL project, influences universities by helping them learn from the entrepreneurial nature of businesses, utilising real-life case studies and experiences, feeding this information back into teaching and learning.<\/p>\n

The three-year JEUL project, ending in October 2020, is designed to bring together higher education institutions and businesses across the globe in order to create more entrepreneurially-focused teaching and learning.<\/p>\n

The University of Kent and specifically Kent Business School<\/a> is one of the nine partner institutions which is leveraging its close working relationships with the local and regional business to help drive the Joint Enterprise University Learning project.<\/p>\n
