Can you develop essential employability skills by flying paper airplanes, being blindfolded or even putting up shelves? Well twenty final year business school students who earned their place on the Paul Dyer Challenge 2013<\/b> proved that you can!<\/p>\n
With an emphasis on personal development, <\/b>the Paul Dyer Challenge<\/b> is designed to encourage the students to achieve their leadership potential, bolster their confidence, and enhance their management capabilities to allow them to develop essential employability skills for their careers after graduation.<\/p>\n
The <\/b>focus of this 3-day residential programme was on learning by doing through a range of fun in-class and outdoor activities, encouraging reflective self-assessment, building networked relationships and enhancing collaborative working.<\/p>\n
