Katie was also invited to contribute an article on the role of the line manager in raising engagement levels for the HR Zone \u2018Employee Engagement Toolkit\u2019 distributed nationally with the Guardian newspaper. \u00a0She has also led a Special Interest Group for Engage for Success on the link between job design and engagement and has just published the \u2018White Paper\u2019 \u2018Job Design and Employee Engagement\u2019 with Engage for Success: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.engageforsuccess.org\/ideas-tools\/sig-output-job-design-and-employee-engagement\/#.UaT0NEC1HVs\">http:\/\/www.engageforsuccess.org\/ideas-tools\/sig-output-job-design-and-employee-engagement\/#.UaT0NEC1HVs<\/a>.
