Extensive training and support will be provided throughout your time at Astute to aid your soft skills, organisational, commercial awareness and technological development.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for motivated individuals that are strong communicators, target driven, able to use their initiative and determined to succeed within a fast paced working environment such as Astute.<\/p>\n<p>Outline of the main duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u00a0<\/b>9-5 telephone work (business to business calling) \u2013 making between 120-150 calls on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Conversing at high levels with potential clients or customers<\/li>\n<li>Preparing comprehensive reports for our clients<\/li>\n<li>Database management and quality assurance<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiasm for IT on the telephone<\/li>\n<li>Participate in training sessions and have a willingness to learn<\/li>\n<li>Achieve monthly targets and objectives set by campaign managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Benefits of working within Astute<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b>Whatever your current experience, the Business Development Agent role offers great experience and career advancement opportunities to a motivated individual.
