The post-holder will assist in all aspects of database support, donation processing and data entry within the fundraising team. Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u00a0<\/b>Processing all donations from fundraising campaigns on the fundraising database (Raiser\u2019s Edge) and acknowledging gifts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em id=\"__mceDel\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Producing reports for all income processed<\/li>\n<li>Entering and amending data on Raiser\u2019s Edge database (including Gift Aid and data protection)<\/li>\n<li>On-going clean-up of data on Raiser\u2019s Edge \u2013 as directed by the Donor Support Officer<\/li>\n<li>Data entry tasks both on Raiser\u2019s Edge and on Excel<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with donors, volunteers and personnel (on the phone, via email and in person) from other administration teams within the hospice<\/li>\n<li>Helping out at Fundraising events (often outside of normal hours)<\/li>\n<li>Contacting supporters by the telephone (as required)<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as requested by the Donor Support Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/em><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a036 hours per week,\u00a0Fixed-term contract (1 year),\u00a0Salary:\u00a0 Circa \u00a313K per annum pro-rata September 2013 \u2013 September 2014 Location:\u00a0 Sydenham, South East London Founded in 1967, &hellip;
