Led by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/kent-business-school\/people\/2483\/spiegler-virginia\"><strong>Dr Virginia Spiegler<\/strong><\/a>, Reader in Operations and Supply Chain Management, this workshop will provide you with the tools and insights needed to drive meaningful change in your workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world scenarios, you&#8217;ll learn how to ensure long-term business success in a low-carbon economy. This is an invaluable opportunity to gain practical knowledge and strategies that can be applied directly to your organisation.<\/p>\n<h3>Meet the speaker<\/h3>\n<p>Dr Virginia Spiegler\u00a0is a distinguished academic with extensive expertise in operations and supply chain management. She holds a PhD in Supply Chain Dynamics from Cardiff Business School, a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil, and an MSc in Logistics and Operations Management from Cardiff University.
