Meet the speakers: Dr Kush Kanodia and Tione Taweni Chakhwantha<\/h3>\n

\"Workshop<\/a><\/p>\n

Dr Kush Kanodia<\/a> (MBA alum 2004-06)<\/strong> is a multi-award-winning disability rights champion, social entrepreneur, and accessibility consultant. He has been named among the Top 10 most influential disabled people in Britain<\/strong> and has advised numerous organisations on inclusive policy and leadership. His work has led to major policy changes<\/strong> that benefit communities across the UK.<\/p>\n

Kush will share how his entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills<\/strong> have been instrumental in shaping national policy, improving accessibility, and creating lasting social impact. He will discuss the importance of inclusive leadership<\/strong>, how businesses can integrate accessibility as a core value, and the ways in which strategic advocacy can drive real change.<\/p>\n

Tione Taweni Chakhwantha<\/a> (MBA alum 2020-21)<\/strong> is an entrepreneur and advocate for women\u2019s empowerment and economic development, and among the high-profile ladies in 2017 for The Graca Machel Trust ‘Women Creating Wealth’<\/a> programme in Malawi. As the founder of impactful ventures in Malawi, she has dedicated her career to creating opportunities for underrepresented communities. Her expertise spans business leadership, mentorship, and driving change through innovative social enterprise.<\/p>\n

Tione will explore how entrepreneurial skills can be used to empower communities<\/strong>, particularly in advancing gender equality and economic inclusion. She will share insights on how to build sustainable initiatives that uplift marginalised groups<\/strong>, the power of mentorship, and how businesses can become a driving force for social good.<\/p>\n

These two inspiring leaders will share their experiences, insights, and advice on how YOU can use your entrepreneurial mindset to make a real difference.<\/strong><\/p>\n
