We are delighted to announce that four Kent Business School staff members have been promoted to Senior Lecturer.<\/p>\n

Those who received the step up this year are:<\/p>\n

Dr Samantha Evans<\/strong><\/p>\n

Samantha is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, Chartered Management Institute and a member of the British Universities Industrial Relations Association. She is the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Kent Business School and lead the School\u2019s successful application for a Bronze Athena Swan award in 2020. She was previously the Programme Director for the MSc HRM.<\/p>\n

Samantha has published in a range of journals and was awarded Highly Commended Paper for Employee Relations: The International Journal in the Emerald Literati 2018 Awards for Excellence.<\/p>\n

Duncan Finn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duncan Finn joined Kent Business School in June 2012. He is a member of the Accounting and Finance Group. Prior to teaching, he gained significant experience across different sectors and industries as an accountant, financial controller and finance director.<\/p>\n

Duncan has worked across sectors including construction, health, retail and banking. He currently works as an accounting and tax consultant in an accountancy practice.<\/p>\n

Dr Epameinondas Katsikas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr Epameinondas Katsikas previously worked in the private and the public sector in business administration and the field of accounting.<\/p>\n

He has worked as an accountant in the private sector, finance officer in the finance department of a Greek university and also had his accounting practice. Epameinondas has taught previously at Durham University Business School, Oxford Brookes University Business School at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Dr Sideeq Mohammed <\/strong><\/p>\n

Sideeq joined Kent Business School in 2017 after completing his PhD in Business and Management at the University of Manchester.<\/p>\n

He is currently the Associate Dean of Education and Undergraduate Student Experience and has strategic responsibility for ensuring the success and quality of all of the undergraduate degrees<\/a> currently offered by Kent Business School.<\/p>\n

Kent Business School is a welcoming international community. We have four departments within the Division which include\u00a0Leadership and Management<\/a>,\u00a0Analytics, Operations & Systems<\/a>,\u00a0Marketing, Entrepreneurship and International Business<\/a>, and\u00a0Accounting and Finance<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
