We have also recently established a new company to develop new products aimed at accessing new wholesale and export markets. This is a very busy and exciting time for the company and all those working within it. Fudge Kitchen is a fun and friendly place to work where every opportunity is given for those with initiative, to grow their role and take a key part in the management and development of the company.<\/p>\n<p>As a Sales &amp; Marketing Officer your day-to-day duties will include liaising with existing and potential clients by telephone, email and face to face in order to generate sales. You will also assist the Managing Director &amp; Marketing Manager in marketing Fudge Kitchen and its products, have input to the NPD team and be involved in the research of new markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key attributes required to fulfil this role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to work well on own initiative and within the team<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and time-keeping skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (inc. telephone an email)<\/li>\n<li>Able to work well under pressure and to set deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Customer service\/ client facing experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong administration skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Good initiative and research skills<\/li>\n<li>Confident and enthusiastic<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use IT packages including Word and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of and ability to use social media including Facebook and Twitter<\/li>\n<li>A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main duties and responsibilities are to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have a full and complete knowledge of all of our products, our company and its heritage<\/li>\n<li>be involved in market analysis &amp; prioritisation<\/li>\n<li>generate leads &amp; identify opportunities<\/li>\n<li>sell and promote Fudge Kitchen and our range of products to existing and potential customers by telephone, e mail and in person<\/li>\n<li>work to targets, monthly, quarterly and annual<\/li>\n<li>respond to enquiries from clients and interested parties as the main sales point of contact for Fudge Kitchen<\/li>\n<li>take and manage orders and liaise with production to ensure stock levels<\/li>\n<li>liaise with accounts to ensure customers are invoiced correctly and on time<\/li>\n<li>assist with the on-going marketing of Fudge Kitchen to wholesale and allied customers through a variety of means<\/li>\n<li>attend trade shows and follow up promptly<\/li>\n<li>represent Fudge Kitchen at demonstrations and sampling of our products in retailers\u2019 stores<\/li>\n<li>to work closely alongside the Managing Director &amp; Marketing Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Visit Fudge Kitchen&#8217;s website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fudgekitchen.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.fudgekitchen.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For more details or to submit your application please email Emily Murren, Marketimg and Online Sales Manager at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:emily@fudgekitchen.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\">emily@fudgekitchen.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fudge Kitchen has been hand making their unique style of fudge across 8 retail locations for over 25 years.
