What surprised you the most about studying at Kent Business School?<\/strong><\/p>\n I was surprised to be able to study such a wide range of business topics during my degree, across each year of study. I found this really useful for helping me decide which area of business I want to pursue when I graduate.<\/p>\n What do you love the most about studying International Business?<\/strong><\/p>\n I enjoy discovering how businesses operate across multiple countries and within different industries. It has also been very interesting to learn from lecturers with such a wide breadth of knowledge on their topics of interest.<\/p>\n Tell us about your social life at Kent<\/strong><\/p>\n During my 3 years at the University of Kent, I have been involved in numerous societies and social groups, such as Football, Tennis and Environmental Conservation. In my 2nd year, I was a member of the Global Officers Leadership and Development Programme as well as a volunteer at the Kent Union Foodbank and Freecycle.<\/p>\n What do you wish you knew before you started at Kent Business School that could have helped you prepare?<\/strong><\/p>\n I would definitely recommend attending the university essay writing workshops once you start your course. Having never studied business as a subject before coming to the University of Kent, this is a skill I needed to develop and there was plenty of support I could access.<\/p>\n Where do you want your degree and experience to take you after you graduate?<\/strong><\/p>\n After I graduate from Kent Business School, I plan to pursue a Master\u2019s degree in Business and Publishing and, in the future, apply for positions in personal relations in the publishing industry.<\/p>\n Read about Anna’s Year Abroad in South Korea.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Anna is studying BSc International Business with a Year Abroad.
