Studying for the Postgraduate Certificate will enable you to:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Achieve formal recognition for your expertise in engagement<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understand and apply the theoretical underpinnings of employee engagement<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Critically evaluate and enhance your organisation\u2019s engagement strategy and practices<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Learn about the entire employee engagement cycle from needs analysis, strategy development and implementation to evaluation and embedding an engagement culture<\/p>\n<p>The programme is delivered by a multi-disciplinary team of academic experts and practising employee engagement professionals, featuring live case studies and including an overview of the relevant theories and concepts underpinning engagement in the workplace.\u00a0 Assessment is via assignments and presentations based directly on your own organisation, so you can take the theories and apply them directly to your workplace.<\/p>\n<p>The course is aimed at HR, employee engagement, internal communications and customer service professionals as well as line managers and senior managers with an interest in understanding the realities of how engagement works.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is available at the University of Kent\u2019s award-winning Medway campus close to Chatham Historic Dockyard, easily accessible via all forms of public transport including Eurostar.
