I have forgotten my LSEG password<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have forgotten your password, go to\u00a0Workspace web access<\/a>\u00a0and click on\u00a0Forgotten your password?<\/strong><\/p>\n

How long does my LSEG licence last?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your LSEG account will expire after 28 days. To renew you will need to go back and re-apply for another 28 day licence via the self-registration portal. You must use your same Kent username and password to access previously saved data.<\/p>\n

I need access to LSEG for more than 1 month<\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not renew or extend licences but you can reapply for another licence via the self-registration portal once it expires. Providing there are enough available licences you will be allocated another month. You must use the same username and password to self-register, this will then enable you to access your data from a previous session.<\/p>\n

What do I do if there are no LSEG licences available?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If there are no licences available your self-registration will be declined and you will not receive a welcome email. Unfortunately LSEG does not provide a waiting list and you will need to try again at a later date.<\/p>\n

I have not received my Welcome to LSEG confirmation email<\/strong><\/p>\n

The welcome email can take between 20 minutes and 6 hours to arrive. The sender is ‘Refinitiv’ and the subject is ‘Welcome to LSEG Workspace.’<\/p>\n

If you do not receive a welcome email it is likely that there are no Workspace licences available. LSEG does not operate a waiting list, you will need to try again at a later date.<\/p>\n

I am having problems downloading and installing Workspace for desktop<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please contact the IT support desk. Please note that IT can only provide support with software installation and do not provide product access or user support.<\/p>\n
