PwC Mauritius – Careers Roadshow

Friday 16 November, KS12, 1-2pm

PwC Mauritius Partners Olivier Rey and Robert Coutet will be at the University of Kent on Friday 16 November 2018 at 13h00 as part of a Careers Roadshow.
During a short presentation targeted to both Mauritian and international students, Olivier and Robert will discuss the career opportunities available in PwC Mauritius. They will be talking about internships, graduate opportunities, as well as experienced career opportunities for those studying at postgraduate level. People who are already in employment are also welcome to attend.

Volkswagen Group UK Inspire Competition

Volkswagen Group UK Ltd are running from 12th November 2018 to 1st March 2019, which your students may be interested in entering. It’s all about AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES.

Attached is the leaflet and poster for our competition so that you can distribute it to the students that match our requirements: An undergraduate at a UK University, enrolled in the academic year 2018/19. Anyone is welcome to take part – no matter their degree.

If any students are interested and would like to receive the full information pack, which details the full brief and how to enter, please notify them to email inspire@vwg.co.uk. By students taking part, it not only looks great on their CV, provides examples for interviews and widens knowledge of the industry but we can also offer exposure to high level management at VWG and the opportunity to stand out.

If successful through the first stage, the student will be invited to a Finalist’s Day on Wednesday 10th April 2019. This will include the chance of experiencing the Volkswagen Group UK Headquarters along with presenting their entry, so this date needs to be kept free.

From entering our competition, the prizes that the student can win include:

  • 1st Prize is a £500 Currys PC World voucher, plus tailored work experience for the individual
  • 2nd & 3rd Prize is a £25 Amazon gift voucher
