As Sales Co-ordinator you will be responsible for responding to all incoming sales enquires (verbal or written), alongside managing and developing existing accounts within our client base.
You will be committed, willing and ambitious with attention to detail, the ability to multi task and have strong communication skills and people skills to lead our team to success!
Sales Co-ordinator key responsibilities:
•Professionally see to enquires on a daily basis by phone, email and online chat
•Ensure all enquiries and quotes are promptly followed up and all provisional business is chased
•Sell to the capacities of the meeting rooms to maximise yield and revenue
•Prepare quotes and contracts for clients
•Meet clients and carry out show rounds of the venue
•Maintain relationships with existing clients by calling on a regular basis
•Follow up online sales leads, undertaking meetings on/off site, competitors venue calls and viewings
•Understand the venue sales targets and work towards strategies
•Become familiar with and maintain the in-house booking system

This is a Monday to Friday role although evenings and weekends are required, flexibility on hours is essential.
