Project on Population Ageing, Implications for Asset Values, and Impact for Pension Plans: An International Study<\/h2>\n

– with Doug Andrews<\/a>, Steve Bonnar<\/a>, Lori Curtis<\/a>, Miguel Leon-Ledesma<\/a>, Kathleen Rybczynski<\/a>, and Pradip Tapadar<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

I am part of an international project studying the relationship between demographic structure and asset prices to inform research in the field as well as pension plan policies.<\/p>\n

The original project received funding and partnership support from\u00a0Social Science and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC<\/a>), Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA<\/a>), Canadian Institute of Actuaries<\/a>, and Society of Actuaries (SoA<\/a>), and University of Waterloo.<\/p>\n

Further funding and support has been received from the International Centre for Pensions Management<\/a>\u00a0and from the National Pension Hub (Global Risk Institute<\/a>) for an additional project joint with Alex Maynard<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

In addition to the research outputs currently published or in preparation for this project, a number of events were organised. I was co-organiser for:<\/p>\n
