To register, please follow this link: Online Registration<\/a><\/p>\n If you need to change an already existing registration, e.g., to add accommodation or social events, please email\u00a0<\/b>iwota2024@kent.ac.uk<\/a> with the required changes.<\/p>\n Registration Packages<\/b><\/p>\n From June 22nd until August 2nd:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The registration package will include conference materials, tea\/coffee breaks and lunches.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n During the registration process, you will be asked if you want to give a talk. If so, you will need to select one of the Special Sessions that you would like to speak in. <\/span>Proposed talks will be forwarded to organisers of the special sessions to be reviewed.<\/span><\/p>\n The social programme consists of<\/p>\n For these events it is possible to register an additional accompanying person.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n There is some accommodation available on campus which can be booked through the registration webpage above. Alternatively, there are hotels and B&Bs available in town. See the page on Practical Information for more details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n If you need an invitation letter (e.g. for a visa application) or a certificate of attendance please tick the appropriate box during registration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n In addition to the reduced registration fee for Early Careers Researchers, we have some limited funds which participants can apply for:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\nUp to May 31st<\/del> Extended until June 21st:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
