There are novels, best-selling books, self-help titles and e-books from <a href=\"https:\/\/libbyapp.com\/library\/kentuni\">Libby<\/a> too.<\/p>\n<p>Explore our <a href=\"https:\/\/rl.talis.com\/3\/kent\/lists\/474A109E-4A4F-6B10-D863-5F03081FA754.html?lang=en-GB\">exam ready resource list<\/a> &#8211; we have resources to help you stay fit and healthy, as well as titles dealing with mental health, personal development, coping with change, mindfulness and lots more. View the book and DVD display in the Templeman Library Welcome Hall.<\/p>\n<p>This is a collection for you &#8211; so please let us know if there&#8217;s something missing via our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/guides\/recommend-a-book-or-resource\">recommend a book form<\/a> using the leisure reading category. Have a look at our fantastic range of online leisure reading titles via the <a href=\"https:\/\/libbyapp.com\/library\/kentuni\">Libby App<\/a> which also includes audio books.<\/p>\n<h2>Take a break<\/h2>\n<p>Make sure you&#8217;re taking regular breaks and spending time doing things which make you feel good \u2013 whether that\u2019s exercising, talking to friends or listening to music. Use our Chill Out Room in D Block, Floor 1 of the Templeman Library to escape for a while.<\/p>\n<h2>Practice positive affirmations<\/h2>\n<p>Language is powerful and if we limit ourselves with our language we will always remain within the confines of that. With positive self-talk, we\u2019re saying \u2018I don\u2019t have to limit myself\u2019. You\u2019re confirming to yourself that things can be done to bring about change or promote positive action, here are a couple inspired by books:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&#8220;You&#8217;re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Winnie The Poo<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;You are your best thing\u201d<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Beloved<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Eat well<\/h2>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a great list of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.savethestudent.org\/save-money\/food-drink\/your-library-snack-survival-guide.html\">best food to eat when revising and studying<\/a> from &#8216;Save the Student&#8217;. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/student-support\">Student Support and Wellbeing<\/a> pages are full of helpful ideas about how to look after yourself during exam time. Come and visit us in the Welcome Hall on the 6th May where there will be a free fruit and book giveaway to help you de-stress and boost your brain and mood.<\/p>\n<h2>Wellbeing support<\/h2>\n<p>If you need support around your mental health and wellbeing. you can access free 24\/7 online support through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/guides\/togetherall\">Togetherall<\/a> &#8211; a Care Quality Commission registered service recognised nationally through awards by the NHS. It&#8217;s a safe environment overseen by qualified therapists.<\/p>\n<p>You can also speak to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/guides\/wellbeing\">Wellbeing Team at Kent<\/a> who are always here to help you.<\/p>\n<h2>Chat with a Librarian<\/h2>\n<p>Need help with your studies?
