This means you won\u2019t be able to access Delve\u2019s web features after this date.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of this change, it will <strong>no longer be possible to update office locations or phone numbers on the contact cards in Delve<\/strong>. As a result, this information should be considered out of date and potentially unreliable.<\/p>\n<h3>Alternatives to Delve<\/h3>\n<p>Despite Delve retiring, many of its features are already integrated into Microsoft 365. Together with other online resources, this should help you continue working without disruption:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Use Microsoft People Search:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft365.com\/search\/people\">https:\/\/www.microsoft365.com\/search\/people<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact Information<\/strong>: You can contact colleagues directly via Microsoft Teams to find out their location or phone number, or view their staff profile on the University website if they have one.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Document Search<\/strong>: Use SharePoint or OneDrive to search for and access documents.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Colleague Search<\/strong>: Search for colleagues using the search features in Microsoft Teams or Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why is this happening<\/h3>\n<p>The retirements of Delve is part of Microsoft\u2019s plan to streamline services and focus on improving their most-used tools.
