Chargers are available to borrow from the Welcome Desk, along with laptop bags if you\u2019re using it outside the Library.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve extended the loan period and expanded the places where the laptops can be used in response to student feedback, enhancing this popular service to better support your study needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Campus laptops: for use across campus<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Laptops from the self-service cabinet in the Library Caf\u00e9 can be borrowed and used across the Canterbury campus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Library laptops: for Library use only<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Laptops from the self-service cabinet on Floor 2, Block C, are restricted for use in the Templeman Library only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Loan chargers and laptop bags<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Chargers are available for loan from the Welcome Desk, along with laptop bags if you\u2019re using it outside the Library.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How loan laptops work<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Borrow loan laptops:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For campus use: <\/strong>from laptop cabinet in the Caf\u00e9 area (Ground floor, Block B)<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Library use only: <\/strong>from laptop cabinet on Floor 2, Block C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Use it: <\/strong>for up to 12 hours \u2013 the laptop works with wired and Bluetooth headphones.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Need a charger or laptop bag? <\/strong>Pick one up from the Welcome Desk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Save your files: <\/strong>to your University OneDrive so you can easily access them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Return it: <\/strong>take it back to the cabinet and plug it in.
