As a meeting organiser you can send multiple time options through FindTime. Use this instead of free Doodle Polls as it allows syncing with your Outlook calendar &#8211; something free Doodle does not.<\/p>\n<h2>What it does<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Makes it easy to see the most available slots in everyone&#8217;s calendar<\/li>\n<li>Invites your attendees to vote on their preferred slot<\/li>\n<li>Sends everyone a final meeting invite once a consensus has been reached<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to install FindTime for Outlook on your PC<\/h2>\n<p>You need to have Outlook 2016 or Outlook 365 to use it.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Go to\u00a0<b class=\"ocpUI\">Home\u00a0<\/b>&gt;<b class=\"ocpUI\"><b class=\"ocpUI\"> Get Add-ins<\/b><\/b><img src=\"https:\/\/support.content.office.net\/en-us\/media\/85e78adf-c44e-47be-a5d3-abdd38769a62.png\" alt=\"Outlook 2016 Store\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Search for the\u00a0<strong>FindTime<\/strong> add-in<img src=\"https:\/\/support.content.office.net\/en-us\/media\/23ab4a35-cd8e-4e41-8944-f200cf489662.png\" alt=\"Outlook 2016 add-in search\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Add<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>FindTime Reply with Meeting Poll<\/strong> should have appeared in the <strong>Home<\/strong> tab. It&#8217;s now ready to use.<img src=\"https:\/\/support.content.office.net\/en-us\/media\/bdff6b67-1b17-4fcd-a7ba-3b84a4d73278.png\" alt=\"Reply with Meeting Poll\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Start using FindTime<\/h2>\n<p>Next time you want to schedule a meeting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open your calendar and click a timeslot to set up a new meeting, and add the attendees you want to invite<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>New Meeting Poll<\/strong> from the top menu (to the right)<\/li>\n<li>A panel will open up on the right to show you your availability and theirs on the day you&#8217;re considering for the meeting<\/li>\n<li>You can move the calendar dates along and choose multiple options when you all appear to be free<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When your attendees see the invite, they&#8217;ll see a list with the times and dates you&#8217;ve proposed.
