Delve is part of the Office 365 suite, and so the information is available in Outlook, Microsoft Teams and other Office 365 tools as well as Delve.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/guides\/microsoft-delve-office-365\">How to access Delve<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/isnews\/files\/2020\/05\/o365-letterbox-delve.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15993\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/isnews\/files\/2020\/05\/o365-letterbox-delve.png\" alt=\"Delve, part of Office 365\" width=\"771\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/isnews\/files\/2020\/05\/o365-letterbox-delve.png 771w, https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/isnews\/files\/2020\/05\/o365-letterbox-delve-300x84.png 300w, https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/isnews\/files\/2020\/05\/o365-letterbox-delve-768x214.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 771px) 100vw, 771px\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<h2>Some of the benefits of Delve:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>It links up staff contacts information with our organisational chart so you can see where people fit into the organisation<\/li>\n<li>You can search for job roles or teams if you don\u2019t know a person\u2019s name<\/li>\n<li>It shows you which shared documents you have access to, in relation to the contact you\u2019re searching for<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can update your Delve profile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Change contact details such as your phone number<\/li>\n<li>Add extra information about what you do<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you need to update the name you&#8217;re known as, <a href=\"https:\/\/staffconnect.kent.ac.uk\/\">log into Staff Connect<\/a> to edit your personal details in there. This will update your profile in both Delve and Staff Connect.<\/p>\n<h2>Why we\u2019re replacing the Online Directory<\/h2>\n<p>We want to benefit from the extra functionality and integration that Microsoft Delve offers us.
