We’re committed to enhancing the quality of your experience at Kent and would like your views and feedback on our services so we can continue to improve.
Here in Information Services, we bring you Library and IT resources and facilities including books, e-resources, Wi-Fi, PCs and printers, email, library study space and study hubs.
Look out for the link in your Kent email and complete a short survey – there’s space for your comments on the services, facilities and spaces that we provide.
The survey is anonymous, but leave your Kent username if you want to enter our prize draw to win a Fitbit Versa smart watch.
We listen to your feedback and, as a result, here are a few of the improvements we have made to learning resources at Kent:
- You wanted more study spaces in the Templeman Library and we gave you 14 bookable group study rooms and booths last year and are creating 140 new study spaces this autumn term
- You asked for more silent study spaces during the revision and exam period and we changed over 200 spaces to silent and added 280 extra pop-up study spaces
- You requested better training and guidance on how to use e-books and e-journals – we are running ‘Your Digital Library’ campaigns again this year.
The results of this survey and action plans will be made available on the IS website.
Don’t miss out – have your say!
