New-look emails for library borrowers

If you borrow items from the Templeman Library, the email notifications you get from us will look different.

  • They will look similar to other communications you get from the University, like email newsletters and emails from our new online help system.
  • We have rewritten the notifications to make them clearer and easier to understand.
  • They will come from the sender address The easiest way to contact us if you have a query about your borrower account is to hit reply!

The new emails will be rolled out over the coming weeks.

Apologies for yesterday

A glitch yesterday (24 June) caused an email to be sent out in error to some borrowers. We are sorry if you were affected. We don’t believe this will happen again, but if in doubt about the status of your loans, please check your account in LibrarySearch or email us:
