Celebrating Kent book authors – research books on display in the library

Books on shelves

Throughout October and into November a selection of books and book chapters written by University of Kent academics are on display in the Love to Read area of the Templeman Library. They highlight the range and relevancy of Kent’s book-related research activity and demonstrate the part books play in our University culture. They are also objects to value and enjoy in their own right.

In 2020 the library purchased the books and book chapters that the University of Kent submitted as part of the Research Excellence Framework 2021 exercise.

Something to celebrate and value

These titles are a great contribution to research led teaching and are available for staff and students to discover. They show the breadth, depth and diversity of Kent’s research output and are only a very small sample of our excellent research output.
