Look after yourself in exam time: self-help e-books for wellbeing and relaxation

We know that everyone is still having to deal with extraordinary upheavals and changes to your everyday life.

We have created a Wellbeing e-book collection to help you through, and to help you cope when everything around you keeps changing. It features books to help you stay fit and healthys, as well as titles dealing with mental health, personal development, coping with change, mindfulness and lots more.

The IT & and Library Support Desk are ready to take your queries by phone, email and online chat from 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday and 11:00 – 17:00 on weekends.
