Lean Library is a free browser extension that makes it quicker and easier to find and access journals, e- books and newspapers.
The tool provides seamless access to all Library subscription resources and free-to-read Open Access content – without getting stuck behind paywalls or multiple login screens. This saves you time ensuring that the most relevant and accessible content is displayed in your search results.
Evaluating the benefits
We are currently reviewing and evaluating the benefits of using Lean Library thanks to funding from UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). Working with our students and staff we hope to secure additional funding to extend and further embed Lean Library as a recommended Library digital app.
