Benefits include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employability Points awarded per activity<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of recognition and personal reference from the Dean for Internationalisation<\/li>\n<li>Recognition on your Higher Education Achievement Report<\/li>\n<li>Practical event &amp; project management experience<\/li>\n<li>A chance for you to record your international skill development in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/global\/education#passport\">Kent Global Passport.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This programme is also offered as a credit-bearing &#8216;wild&#8217; module, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/courses\/modules\/module\/GOLD500\">GOLD500<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For further details please see our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/global\/engagement#gold\">website.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Deadline to apply is midnight, <strong>11th October, 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>(<em>If considering taking this as a wild module, usual module registration deadline applies<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>What past students have said:<\/p>\n<p><em>I would highly recommend this\u00a0<\/em>programme<em>\u00a0to any student who is globally minded and wants to be more active on campus, as well as wanting to learn new skills that you don\u2019t get when you join a society.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preena Dodhia, BSc Biomedical Science<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>I thoroughly enjoyed my participation in the\u00a0<span data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">GOLD\u00a0programme, not only do I think that it has allowed me to develop skills that have strengthened my employability, I also found the\u00a0programme\u00a0to be an important avenue for expression during an intense final year of study.
