As this term comes to end, International Partnerships is looking forward to welcoming a new cohort of short-term students in January 2020. A range of activities and events will be held to help these students settle into life at the University.<\/p>\n

Day one of the orientation programme will include a Welcome Brunch in Darwin Conference Suite. The morning will be filled with fun games and activities, as well as the chance for new students to complete their registration.<\/p>\n

The next day, students will take a trip to Asda supermaket to stock up on essentials for their first few days at Kent. Current Kent students will then take new arrivals on a walking tour around Canterbury, revealing the city’s liveliness and historical beauty.<\/p>\n

Towards the end of the week, students will enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea event, later followed by a trip to the stunning Dover Castle.<\/p>\n

We hope to see students making lots of new friends and enjoying a memorable introduction to the University.<\/p>\n
