From 14 – 22 September, International Partnerships and International Recruitment welcomed new international and EU students to Kent.<\/p>\n

A series of events were attended by 350+ students who made great friends and even better memories. Students were welcomed at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports where they hopped onto the coaches, ready to begin their university journey here at Canterbury and Medway campuses.<\/p>\n

International Partnerships’ Global Hangout events were a huge success both in Canterbury and Medway. International student attendees gave their shot at People Bingo, making new connections as well as enjoying a tasty buffet. UKC Japan Society got creative with their arts & crafts stand, while everyone was wowed by the dance demonstrations performed by Kent Ballroom and Dance Club.<\/p>\n

The Welcome Week finale consisted of the annual trip to Leeds Castle, giving students the chance to explore some beautiful and historic palaces that Kent has to offer.<\/p>\n
