The agreement will help strengthen research collaboration between this prestigious research institute and Kent\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/engineering-digital-arts\/\">School of Engineering and Digital Arts.<\/a> NICT is Japan&#8217;s primary national research institute for information and communications.
