The University of Kent is delighted to have received a grant of over \u20ac1.1million to support staff and student mobility across Europe, under the Erasmus+ scheme.<\/p>\n

Erasmus+ is the European Union programme for education, training, youth and sport. The programme offers exciting opportunities for\u00a0Kent staff and students\u00a0to study, work, volunteer, teach and train abroad.<\/p>\n

This record-breaking amount of\u00a0funding will allow Kent to increase participation in\u00a02018-19 across a range of activities. Kent has a long and active engagement with the Erasmus+ programme, ranking in the top 10\u00a0of\u00a0institutions in\u00a0England sending students on Erasmus+ study placements*. Kent\u00a0has also been awarded the E-Quality Label for outstanding quality in its Erasmus activities.<\/p>\n

We are particularly interested in increasing\u00a0participation in areas such as staff and postgraduate mobility, PhD placements, summer internships and graduate internships.<\/p>\n
