International Partnerships recently funded the University of Kent’s annual fashion show hosted by the Kent East African Society. The show seeks to celebrate East African culture and showcases a variety of East African fashion designers.
The event took place in Eliot Hall on the 16th of February and included music by Chroma Collective and a piece of contemporary dance choreographed by Kent Pole Fitness.
Overall the Kelele Fashion Show was a great success, allowing guests from a variety of cultures the opportunity to network and enjoy an evening of entertainment organised by Kent’s students.
