Professor Orna Sasson-Levy from Bar Ilan University (BIU) is leading several seminars in SSPSSR at Kent this week, under the Erasmus+ programme which supports student and staff mobility. Professor Sasson-Levy serves as the Head of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, as well as an Associate Professor in the Program of Gender Studies. Her publications in this field explore the construction of masculine identities in different military roles and military service and citizenship.
