Kent student wins UK Mobility Award from British Council, Korea

Christopher Peel (History and Politics), Kent’s first student on exchange to Korea University, has won the cost of his flights through the British Council Korea.

The 2013 UK Student Mobility Awards are designed to encourage two-way mobility between Korea and the UK. In assistance with a local travel agency, they provide a round trip airfare for ten selected British students whose studies start between April and December 2013.

Award recipients act as student ambassadors for the UK, and also share their studies and life experiences, with other interested British students on British Council Korea micro social network sites, during their study in Korea. Students are also invited to UK-Korea student networking events whilst in Korea.

International Development would like to wish Christopher every success.
