{"id":939,"date":"2020-11-02T00:01:15","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T00:01:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/healthandwellbeing-news\/?p=939"},"modified":"2020-10-29T09:31:20","modified_gmt":"2020-10-29T09:31:20","slug":"international-stress-awareness-week-2nd-6th-november-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/healthandwellbeing-news\/2020\/11\/02\/international-stress-awareness-week-2nd-6th-november-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"International Stress Awareness Week 2nd- 6th November 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Stress and mental health problems have never been more important than now, and the challenges they present never more acute than in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>These new challenges are of major concern for organisations as well as individuals, in the light of growing evidence of their effects in the age of the pandemic.\u00a0<strong>International Stress Awareness Week 2020<\/strong>\u00a0will provide a platform for stress and mental health problems to be highlighted and for insights from around the world to be illuminated.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>International Stress Awareness Week<\/strong>\u00a0was created in 2018 to raise awareness about stress prevention, following the establishment of Stress Awareness Day in 1998.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>International Stress Awareness Week has developed as a major annual event focusing on stress management.
