These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uk.movember.com\/about\/mental-health\">men&#8217;s mental health and suicide prevention<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uk.movember.com\/about\/prostate-cancer\">prostate cancer<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uk.movember.com\/about\/testicular-cancer\">testicular cancer<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They aim to have decreased the number of premature deaths in men by 25% by 2030.<\/p>\n<h2>Why Get Involved?<\/h2>\n<p>According to Movember men are dying before their time but with your help they wish to change and save lives. With the money raised the charity funds ground-breaking health projects across the above health issues. So far this amounts to 1,250 projects.<\/p>\n<h2>Ways to get involved:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sign up to &#8216;Grow A Mo&#8217;<\/strong> &#8211; Patchy, lopsided, itchy or epic \u2013 whatever Mo you grow this Movember, your face will raise funds and awareness for men\u2019s health. You can sign up <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.movember.com\/register?prod_intent=grow&amp;mocamp=g\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make A Move<\/strong> &#8211; Run or walk 60km over the month. That\u2019s 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world. You can sign up <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.movember.com\/register?prod_intent=move&amp;mocamp=m\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Host A Mo-Ment<\/strong> &#8211; Rally a crew and do something fun and easy, virtual or in person. Hosting is all about having a good time for a good cause. Whether it\u2019s a day, over several weeks or across the year \u2013 take whatever Mo Your Own Way means to you and run with it. You can sign up <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.movember.com\/register?prod_intent=myow&amp;mocamp=mw\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Distinguished Gentleman&#8217;s Ride<\/strong> &#8211; On one day every year, over 700 cities around the world are abuzz with thousands of finely dressed gentlefolk upon their classic and vintage motorcycles, riding together in their support for men&#8217;s health, This year is a little different as the theme will be &#8216;Ride Solo Together&#8217; in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. There will be no large-scale events but this year&#8217;s event will be about dressing dapper, riding solo and connecting on social media worldwide.
