As with previous Stoptober campaigns, this year&#8217;s campaign is founded on the evidence that if a smoker can quit for 28 days, they are five times for likely to quit for good.<\/p>\n<p>The NHS have a free Stoptober app to help you quit smoking and start breathing easier.<\/p>\n<p>Stoptober is a 28 day stop smoking challenge.
